Cup cakes for the neighbor

Hi dolls
Today I'd like to share a great cupcake recipe with you as well as talk about the importance of keeping a good relation with your neighbours.
I know guys.. With these days busy life.. who would care about their neighbour!!
But I should tell you some of the benefits of having a good relation with your neighbour

1. They will always have a closer eye to you, If you are there or not!So If any stranger would come around your place and you were not at home, that same neighbour would check on it!
2. If there is mail  and you are not home and you could not take it, they would take it for you,Of course if you ask!
3. They can take care of your pet if you are going away for a holiday or so!
4. They will borrow their ladder or any especial engines that you might not have at your place!
5. If they are super nice, they might even bring you some of their home made foods(ahem)
6. If you live alone you would feel safer than when you would completely feel like and stranger in the block
And so many other things..
So enough with the greatness of being nice to your neighbour and back to the baking
