Energise your body and mind with Yoga


Hi my lovely readers, today I want to share one of my personal great experiences I have been hooking on for a while now, and that's of course is a daily 20 minutes of yoga practice.
I have always been curious about yoga but I never tried it till a year ago,  and here is what I came to.. That 45minutes of funny, sometimes hard postures and  relaxing rhythmic respirations, all together made my body and mind feel so good and euphoric that I decided to put it on my top favourite exercises.
And now, after a year I can already see the results, not that I lost so much weight but I have leaner nicer toned muscles which have been always one of my goals.
Yoga just boost your energy and confidence and at the end it just leaves you so calm and content.
I think everyone should try yoga at least for once, It's so good that I rather ask you guys to experience it yourselves, not to forget to mention that its way cheaper and better than any other therapy:)!

Here are some of my favourite poses which have been great mood boosters for me

1. Downward facing dog( Energize ): Blood circulates toward the head and the whole body, it helps to relieve the stress and depression.

2. Upward facing dog( Good posture ) : It stretches the shoulders,wrist, spine, arms, lungs, chest and abdomen, and above all it gives you nicer buttocks.

3.Half lord of the fish( Energize ) : Energize the spine as well as relieving the menstrual discomfort.

4.Tree pose ( Focus ):Balance yoga requires a lot of focus and to do this you need to take your mind off of any other distraction.

5.Camel pose ( Boost your mood ): It helps to open up your lungs and make it easier to breath, more oxygen circulates in your blood and eventually it elevates your mood.
