Have you ever heard about that saying, The eyes are the key to the soul!
I couldn't agree with this more.Considering how important the eyesights are as well, we should take good care of them everyday like how we brush our teeth and or how we do our daily exercise.
Here are some small tips on how to have a brighter and healthier eyes :
1. Don't forget your sunglasses, for that the UV light in the sun are very dangerous to our sight.
2.Avoid salty foods. they can cause fluid retention and eye puffiness.
3.Eat lots of carrots , they contain huge amount of vitamin A, which is great for the eyesight.
4.To reduce eye swelling and dark circles use cool cucumber slices or cold tea bags on your eyelids for about 10 minutes .
5.Always use a good quality eye cream at night before sleep and in the morning after you washed your face.
6.Wash off your mascara every night before bed time.
7. maintain an eye distance from what you are reading or focusing on for about 30-40cm.
8.To relax tired eyes is to dip a napkin in luke warm water and place it on your eyes.
9. An eye drop are a big eye brightener, I personally love these products.
10.Get sufficient sleep.

* Two coats of mascara or fake lashes always helps to make the eyes look larger and more beautiful.
*A thin line of eyeliner can also greatly define your eyes.
*If you have brown eyes,use brown or bronze eye shadow.
*If you have green or hazel eyes,use brown, apricot, purple, forest green or deep khaki shadow.
*If you have blue eyes use gray , deep blue or taupe eye shadow.
*White eyeliner inside the inner line of the eye always helps to make the eyes looks more awake.
