lets talk about diets today. since the spring is coming and we all want to look good in our spring dresses, I thought this post might be a little motivation,
I start by telling you about my story of over weight days
I remember at some stages of my life when i just become a college student I had this breaking point which I would eat anything and everything.
I was eating one whole sandwich.. the same size as a man would eat lets say and I would drink lots of sodas and fast foods and well of course college drinking nights as well as many other unhealthy eating habits I developed only during 8 months, I got at least 8 kilos over weight.
One day I was measuring my weight that I saw the pointer is almost pointing at the 60 kilos, I was like whaaat?!! It felt like I just woke up from a heavy dream.
and so that was it!! my healthier life style began from that day.
I gradually lost all that 8 kilos and some more and I even toned up my body!! on top of that the modelling and acting offers came along.
So here are some very basic things that basically worked on me. I hope It would help any one else who might wanna give them a try.
1. I totally stopped drinking sodas, I think by that you would loose easily 2-3 kilos with not much of an effort.
2. I made that whole sandwich to half a size one.. I felt even more like a woman by eating less. and feeling even more energetic after that.
You would even sleep better.
3. I was eating food but in smaller pieces.
4. Drink lots of green tea. Its so calming and at the same time anti cancer and you would loose fat easier.
5.I started hitting the gym again, mostly running. It was really hard and boring at first but it is what it is my friends...maybe listen to your ipod or just try to think of something fun enough to pass that 30 min. and then you are done for the day, feeling great
6. Take dance classes. I took Zumba lessons. they are so much fun and you don't get bored as much as when you are at the gym. as well as learning something new. ( a new talent )
7. Drop lemon juice on your steel water. It helps to digest the food and shed the fat faster.
8. Sometimes after the running sessions I would go to the steaming sauna, and the cold shower. It made my body and my skin and anything else way better.
9. I took walk from school to home instead of taking trams.
10.the last great thing is drinking celery juices.
11.Recently I started doing yoga meltdowns and Oh I could promise that if any one would like to get a firmer tighter body this would definitely help.

tips:
*drink a glass of water before any meal you are having
*try to avoid the white coloured foods like white rice and bread they are more processed and less healthy.
*vinegar dressings. olive oil.on the salad dinner menu.
*If any chocolate !! make it a dark one or at least offer a once a week sweets to yourself.
